    A career in HR brings with it multiple opportunities for variety and career progression within our branch, area, regional and service center locations.

    Here are a few examples of jobs from across the HR spectrum:

    Human Resources Specialist:

    An entry-level position acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries and the handling of personnel-related paperwork and documentation.

    Recruiter:

    A support role in the sourcing, recruiting and hiring of qualified employees; assists with advertisement of job openings; reviews applications; and coordinates job interviews.

    Human Resources Manager:

    A strategic role involving a range of policies, processes and practices relating to the overall “people” business needs of the company; is involved with overseeing others in the HR team and their delivery of their responsibilities in addition to managing employee relations issues.

    Working well with people is one motivation of seeking a career in HR at Securitas.  However, successful HR professionals must genuinely care about the well-being and development of our employees, which results in close working relationships with people at all levels of business.
